A firm reservation including a nominative room list requested should be made at 10 working days before the date of arrival of the group concerned.

WEJD BEACH HOTEL AND MADAIN SALEH HOTEL POLICIES

Cancellation: Individual
If cancelled up to 3 days before of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Cancellation: Group
If cancelled up to 2 weeks before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled one week before date of arrival 50% will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds
Up to two (2) children below 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adults is charged SR75 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child below 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

All local span (ATM) cards are accepted

Food and Beverage
Guests can enjoy a daily continental breakfast from room service in the privacy of their room from 06:30 to 10:00.

Room Information
We have spacious studios, one and 2 bedroom suite in Alwejd, both short and long stay options. All suites are decorated and furnish in a luxurious contemporary style.

LETTER OF AUTHORIZATON

All non Saudi nationals must have a valid passport/Iqama to visit the government protected Archaeological site. Madain Saleh hotel manager need to receive by fax clear copy of Iqama or Passport identity and valid visa page in order to request an authorization, two weeks in advance.

INSURANCE

Madain Saleh hotel is totally responsible for the insurance of all owned vehicles. For coaches leased by MSH from transport companies, we are responsible to make sure that they have their own insurance.

HOTEL REPONSIBLITY

Madain Saleh HOTEL AND Al Wejd Beach hotel are liable only for the service committed as per the package. The hotel is not responsible for flight delays however; we will do our utmost to provide the maximum assistance. Any delay in pick-up or drop o operation at the nearest airports Madina / Wedjh for reason beyond our control cannot lead to claim of refund. Nevertheless, the policy of Madain Saleh Hotel and Al Wedjh Beach Hotel is to satisfy its guest.

PAYMENT TERMS

Total amount to be settle bank transfer to MSH account. A copy of transaction to be fax to MSH at least one week before the arrival of guest. For large groups 25% of total amount must be transferred in order to confirm.

LIABILITIES

Madain Saleh Hotel and Al Wejd Beach Hotel liability is limited to Saudi Laws and regulations. Both hotels have to adhere and respect Saudi government regulation especially security procedures.
